Problem Note 54153: The ACCESS=READONLY LIBNAME option is ignored when the DBIDIRECTEXEC system option is used
When you use both the DBIDIRECTEXEC system option and the ACCESS=READONLY LIBNAME option, the ACCESS=READONLY option is ignored. As a result, DBIDIRECTEXEC queries are submitted without checking for the ACCESS=READONLY LIBNAME option, and the user is able to create or update tables when they should not be allowed to do so.
