The CONTENTS= option in the ODS PDF FILE= statement creates a printable table of contents. If the table of contents that is created by the CONTENTS= option exceeds one page, the bookmarks, which provide clickable links to tables and images, navigate to an incorrect location. The links are active, but are off by one entry.
