Problem Note 54106: ODS PDF bookmarks link to an incorrect table

The CONTENTS= option in the ODS PDF FILE= statement creates a printable table of contents. If the table of contents that is created by the CONTENTS= option exceeds one page, the bookmarks, which provide clickable links to tables and images, navigate to an incorrect location. The links are active, but are off by one entry.
The sample code on the Full Code tab creates a PDF file that illustrates the problem.
