SAS Digital Marketing emails might fail to be delivered when mail server authentication is used. The mail server configuration works initially, but after you restart the SAS Digital Marketing server, broadcasted e-mails fail to be delivered.
The following error occurs in the SASDigitalMarketingServer6.3.log:
2014-06-04 05:19:21,100 ERROR [] [] [] EmailTransmitter NODE="brdr6402.unx.sas.com" Email send failure for "ciuser2@sasci.com". Reason - 535 Authentication failed.
