Problem Note 54933: The "Reset to Default" option in Preferences Manager does not set alert notification types to the global values defined in SAS® Management Console
Selecting the Reset to Default option in the SAS Preferences Manager web application does not set the alert notification types to the global values that are defined in SAS Management Console.
To work around this issue, each user must log on to SAS Preferences Manager and set his or her preferred preferences for the email notification types. After the email notification types are defined, users must click Apply and then click OK before exiting SAS Preferences Manager in order for the values to be saved.
