Problem Note 54418: SAS® Customer Experience Analytics CXA_ETL job returns "ORACLE execute error: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL..."
If there is no internal search data to be loaded, then the CXA_ETL job for SAS Customer Experience Analytics fails to complete. When this problem occurs, the CXA_ETL job returns the following error:
ORACLE execute error: ORA-01400: cannot insert NULL into ("OLMCXA"."SEARCH_RESULTS"."SEARCH_RESULTS_SK")
