Problem Note 54300: The error "Segmentation Violation in Task [FSEDIT]" might occur when multiple users edit the same SPD Server table and the option LOCKING=YES is used

A segmentation violation error might occur if the following conditions are met:
- Multiple users access the same SAS® Scalable Performance Data Server table.
- The table is open in Edit mode using the FSEDIT procedure.
- The LOCKING=YES option is specified in the LIBNAME statement for the table.
