Problem Note 54281: An incident might not become fully approved if you change and save the incident during the approval process
In SAS® Enterprise GRC, you can make changes to an incident during the incident approval process. If you make a change and click Save, or Apply, before you send the incident for approval, then the incident might not become fully approved.
To fix the problem, use the default Incident workflow template that is located on the Downloads tab. Alternatively, you can use SAS® Workflow Studio to modify your Incident workflow template. To modify your workflow template, make the following change to the Is Modified decision node in the Approve Incident Workflow subprocess:
Change:
VALIDATIONSTATECD="NIP" or INCIDENTSTATUS="underInvestigation"
to:
VALIDATIONSTATECD="NIP"
