In SAS^® Episode Analytics 2.1, budgeting does not generate any output including SEA_VA_BUDGETED_COSTS or BUDGET.BGT_FINAL_WITH_INPUTS. If a user does not select at least one of the following 7 chronic conditions in the Risk Assessment (RA) to run:

• ASTHMA
• CAD
• CHF
• COPD
• DIAB
• GERD
• HTN

In SEA 2.1, there is an under use calculation based on the results from risk assessment of the seven chronic conditions. If that piece is not available, some of the results in budgeting are not be created.

SAS Episode Analytics (SEA) 2.1 might be missing output data sets for budgeted costs in Risk Assessment (RA). The documentation for Episode Analytics 2.1 identifies and explains the SEA_VA_BUDGETED_COSTS file. However, when running the sample this output data set was not created.
