SAS Regular Price Optimization might become unresponsive after you approve price changes. This issue typically occurs when you attempt to approve price changes for more than 500 products at the same time.
Use the following steps to work around this issue:
- Clear selection before saving a plan by selecting plan members, changing their approval status, and clearing the selection.
- Save the plan.
