Problem Note 53988: A SAS® Strategy Management data-entry form in the Performance Data-Entry portlet is displayed incorrectly when the user locale is Arabic

When you are working in a SAS Strategy Management data-entry form in the Performance Data-Entry portlet, the form might not be displayed correctly. This problem occurs when right-to-left (RTL) mirroring is in effect (for example, you select Arabic for the User locale on the Preferences page). The Submit form icon and the Comments icon are overwritten, as shown below:
