Problem Note 53599: You might not be able to use the Enter key to facilitate or complete a logon in SAS® Merchandise Allocation
In SAS Merchandise Allocation, you might not be able to use the Enter key to facilitate or complete a logon. Selecting the Enter key after entering your user name and password is not effective in completing the logon process. This issue occurs when you are using Internet Explorer version 10.0.9200.16921CO.
The workaround for this issue is to use the mouse to select and click Log On instead of using the Enter key.
