Problem Note 53388: In SAS® Enterprise GRC, a change reason prompt might not be presented after you reject a recovery for an incident

When the Incident Workflow is turned off in SAS Enterprise GRC, you might not see a change reason prompt if you edit and reject a Direct Recovery or Insurance Recovery outside of the Incident Wizard.
There is no workaround to the problem.
