Installation Note 53261: The sasciutils script might become unresponsive when you are migrating from SAS® Customer Intelligence 6.1_M1 to 6.3
When you are migrating SAS Customer Intelligence 6.1M1 to 6.3, the sasciutils script might become unresponsive when you use the option -threads 4, as shown in the following example:
./sasciutils -migration -userid ciadmin@saspw -password ****** –campaigns –bclist XXXX -metaserver -metaport 8561
-threads 4 -debug -timing -logfile /install/temp/bclistlog_01.txt
The script seems to be unresponsive for more than 30 minutes. Nothing is reported in the SASCustIntellCore6.1.log or in the SASServer6.log file.
If you encounter this problem, stop the sasciutils script and run the script again without the -threads option, which defaults the run to 1.
