Problem Note 53222: The error "A lock is not available for MATABLES" might occur when you execute a campaign

A SAS® Customer Intelligence campaign might fail with an error similar to the following:
ERROR: A lock is not available for MATABLES.TQFMECWMGOTCOMAAFC4MAP.DATA.
This error occurs because two processes are attempting to write to the MATABLES table concurrently.
To work around this issue, set the Maximum number of concurrent threads per diagram environment setting to 1.
