Problem Note 53801: In SAS® Visual Analytics, saving a report might fail with a "NetConnection.Call.Failed" error and running a query might fail with a server error

Sometimes, you unexpectedly can no longer save reports in SAS® Visual Analytics Designer or run queries in SAS® Visual Data Builder.
Specifically, when you attempt to save a report, the following error appears after a long delay:

In addition, the SAS Visual Analytics Designer log file contains these errors:

When you attempt to run a query in SAS Visual Data Builder, this error might occur:
The request could not be completed successfully due to a server error. Please contact your system administrator. Server error: com.sas.svcs.jobexecution.clientJobException: Cannot release a job that has not completed
The most likely cause of these problems is that your Apache ActiveMQ journal log files have filled up your disk space. To confirm that you are encountering this issue, look for the following content in the activemq log at sas-config-dir\Lev1\Web\activemq\data:
