If the following error is encountered when using a WebDAV linked table in SAS^® Clinical Data Integration:

ERROR: User does not have appropriate authorization level for library

Users with the role Metadata Server: User Administration cannot read existing passwords, except the passwords for their own logins. So if the password for the WebDAV resource differs from their password access is denied.

Do the following:

1. Open SAS^® Management Console using a SAS Administrator user account
2. Select User Manager button
3. Right-click button on user name
4. Select Properties from the list
5. Select Group and Roles tab
6. Select Metadata Server: User Administration
7. And select Metadata Server: Unrestricted
8. Move to Available Groups and Roles: window pane
