Problem Note 53403: SAS® Digital Marketing responses might fail to update the SAS® Customer Intelligence common data model for new broadcasts
SAS Digital Marketing responses might fail to update the SAS® Customer Intelligence common data model for new broadcasts. New broadcasts are those that have been created since the last time the SAS Digital Marketing server was restarted. Once the SAS Digital Marketing server is restarted, updates to the SAS Customer Intelligence common data model begin for new broadcasts.
The issue is particularly prevalent when the advanced server property, CIModelRefreshInterval, is set to a low number. The CIModelRefreshInterval property specifies the amount of time, in seconds, that SAS Digital Marketing waits to update the SAS Customer Intelligence common data model. The default value is 600 seconds.
A possible workaround is to increase the value of CIModelRefreshInterval (for example, to 3600 seconds).
