Problem Note 53149: Previews in SAS® Digital Marketing fail for an e-mail or SMS-type broadcast
In SAS Digital Marketing, you can send a preview of a broadcast to check the content.
Sending a preview from SAS Customer Intelligence Studio for an e-mail or SMS-type broadcast might fail. This issue occurs when the selected recipient contains a null for a numeric-type field.
To workaround the problem, ensure that all numeric fields in the recipient list for preview recipients do not contain null values.
