SAS^® Health and Life Sciences Solutions require an enabled version of Adobe Shockwave Flash add-ons. Here is the how enable Adobe Shockwave Flash for Internet Explorer, Mozilla Firefox, and Google Chrome:

To see and enable Adobe Shockwave or Flash add-on for Internet Explorer:

1. Open Internet Explorer by clicking the Start button.
2. In the search box, type Internet Explorer, and then, in the list of results, click Internet Explorer
3. Click the Tools button
4. Click Manage add-ons
5. Under Add-on Types, click Toolbars and Extensions
6. Under Show, select one of the following views of your add-ons:
• In the list of Add-ons, look for “Shockwave Flash Object” that is another name for Flash Player
• In the Status column, check to see whether Shockwave Flash Object is Disabled. If it is, click the row for Shockwave Flash Object to highlight, right mouse click and select Enable
• When you are finished, click Close.

To see and enable Adobe Shockwave or Flash add-on for Mozilla Firefox:

1. Open Mozilla Firefox by clicking the Start button.
2. In the search box, type Mozilla Firefox, and then, in the list of results, click Mozilla Firefox
3. Select the Tools menu item and click Add-ons.
4. Select Plugins
5. Click More link under Shockwave Flash
6. Select either Always Activate from drop-down menu

To see and enable Adobe Shockwave or Flash add-on for Google Chrome:

1. Open Chrome by clicking the Start button.
2. In the search box, type Chrome, and then, in the list of results, click Google Chrome
3. Select Plug-ins
4. Click Enable link under Shockwave Flash
