Problem Note 52784: SAS® Information Delivery Portal might display "Object not found" when you attempt to open a package from a channel
If the protocol that you use to access your proxy server is not the same protocol that you use to access the back-end server, then SAS Information Delivery Portal might not work as expected. Specifically, you might see the following error when you try to open a package from a channel.
Error : Object not found or access to this object is restricted for this user.
In addition, the WebDAV navigator portlet might not display any folders.
For example, this problem would occur if your environment used HTTPS to access the reverse proxy, but it used HTTP from the reverse proxy to the web application server where the Portal is deployed.
