Problem Note 52635: You might not be able to send a KRI observation for validation when you use the KriObservations data loader in SAS® Enterprise GRC
If you use the KriObservations data loader in SAS Enterprise GRC to load a KRI observation, you might not be able to send the KRI observation for validation. The problem occurs when you edit the KRI observation, and the following configuration property is set:
monitor.validation.editorsCanEdit = notInProcess
You must be a validator in the KRI validation workflow, and the following configuration property must also be set, in order for you to send the KRI observation for validation:
monitor.validation.validatorsCanEdit = true
The problem does not occur if you create the KRI observation through the SAS Enterprise GRC user interface.
