Problem Note 52617: In SAS® Enterprise GRC, when you try to save an incident with related incident causes, a "java.lang.NullPointerException" error might be displayed

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

In SAS Enterprise GRC, when you edit or create an incident, you can also edit or create related incident causes. However, if you edit or create incident causes before you save the incident, an error message might be displayed when you try to save the incident:

   java.lang.NullPointerException
	at
   com.sas.oprisk.server.behavior.FinancialImpactImpl.
      updateDenormalizedSecurityStuff(FinancialImpactImpl.java:1235)
        at
   com.sas.oprisk.server.behavior.FinancialImpactImpl$RedenormalizeSecurityHook.
      run(FinancialImpactImpl.java:1157)
	at
   com.sas.oprisk.server.base.BaseFinancialImpact$FinancialImpactHook.
      run(BaseFinancialImpact.java:865)
	at
   com.sas.oprisk.server.behavior.BusinessObjectImpl$ClassObjectImpl.
      runPreSaveHooks(BusinessObjectImpl.java:219)
	at
   com.sas.oprisk.server.base.BaseFinancialImpactImpl.
      save(BaseFinancialImpactImpl.java:5482)

If the error occurs, any changes that you made to the incident are not saved. Also, duplicate incident causes might incorrectly be added to the incident.
