Problem Note 52538: The error "The following user is not a valid user" occurs when you execute the %SPMBMF macro with Action set to 'Modify'
When you run the SAS® Strategy Management Batch Maintenance Facility (%SPMBMF), the security settings might not be applied. This problem occurs if the following parameters are set in your scorecard file:
Action = Modify
Security Operation Code = 3 (Add)
Security Identity = Strategy Management Users
Security ID Type = 2 (GROUP)
When you execute the %SPMBMF macro with the Action set to Modify, the following error occurs:
ERROR: The following user is not a valid user:
User Strategy Management Users in Scorecard Data File on line 2,
column Security Identity.
