Problem Note 52510: You are unable to add comments in a SAS® Financial Management data-entry form

A problem has been identified that might prevent you from entering comments in a SAS Financial Management data-entry form.
This problem might occur in any of the following scenarios:
- If you have permissions to approve a form, you cannot add comments in a web data-entry form that has been submitted.
- If you have both permissions to approve and submit a form and you are the author of the form but not the reviewer, then you cannot add comments in Microsoft Excel.
- You can add comments in a submitted form in Excel if you have both permissions to approve and submit and you are the author of the form but not the reviewer.
- You cannot add comments in a web data-entry form if the form has been submitted, you have both permissions to approve and submit the form, and you are the reviewer of the form but not the author.
