Previews of newly created broadcasts in SAS Customer Intelligence Studio might fail, if the broadcast has not been closed. This issue might occur for SAS® Digital Marketing Short Message Service (SMS) and application service provider (ASP) broadcasts. The following error message might be displayed to the user:
Preview mail was not sent to the users due to data/server issues.
To work around the problem, close a newly created broadcast and open it again before you attempt to send out a preview.
