Problem Note 52420: An unreadable content error might occur when you open Microsoft Excel files that are created with PROC EXPORT and DBMS=XLSX
Excel files generated by the EXPORT procedure and DBMS=XLSX might fail to open in Excel. This can occur if the LABEL option is used with PROC EXPORT and column labels in the SAS® data set contain non-ASCII characters.
