Problem Note 52389: XML parser errors occur when you create objects in SAS® Marketing Optimization
XML parser errors might occur when you are creating objects in SAS Marketing Optimization and your variables contain any of the following characters: a quotation mark ("); an ampersand (&); a less than sign (<); and a greater than sign (>).
This problem occurs with the following variables:
- campaign_cd
- campaign_description
- cell_cd
- communication_cd
- communication_name
- control_group_offers
To work around this problem, do not use these characters.
