In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, the content of all types of SAS Digital Marketing broadcasts might fail to display and might not be saved. For Short Message Service (SMS) or application service provider (ASP) broadcasts, you might see only the default SMS or ASP content.
When you try to view the content of the broadcast, you might see the following error:
The following errors might occur in the SDM_Server log file:
This issue occurs when the recipient table is a SAS® data set and the numeric columns within this list have blank values. The system is incorrectly converting the blank values into null values, which, in turn, generates the exception.
