Problem Note 52319: Issues occur when performing planogram Open, Edit, Save, or Delete operations in SAS® Retail Space Management
When performing planogram Open, Edit, Save, or Delete operations in SAS Retail Space Management, one or more of the following conditions might occur:
- Affinity group color setting corruption might occur when the number of affinity groups or subgroups exceeds the display height of the tree view.
- When multi-selecting sequence templates, an Error #1009 might be generated in the user interface.
- Making multiple product moves followed by a single Undo operation might cause planogram Save to fail.
- Assigning a Fixture Type planogram to a store section might fail with IBM DB2 error SQLCODE 803, SQLSTATE 23505.
- Deleting a Fixture Type planogram might not warn the user if the planogram is currently in use for optimization scenarios.
- Changing product facings in an open planogram might result in a SavePlanogram error when the user tries to save changes.
- The product listing (datagrid) view is not updated when a peg-merchandised product is added to the planogram layout view.
- Duplicating a planogram might result in a database error.
- Saving a planogram might fail if its LV7LOC_ID property is modified by the user.
In addition, the following conditions might occur when you perform store operations:
- Changing from the store layout view to the directory view might not recognize removal of the Area level from the location hierarchy.
- Opening certain stores might result in a Type #1009 error.
