Problem Note 52275: The option to automatically register responders as opt-outs in Reply Manager does not work

For each reply filter category in the Reply Manager within SAS® Digital Marketing Studio, there is an option called Automatically register responders as opt-outs.

When this option is selected, e-mail addresses for the reply messages in this reply filter are added to the opt-out table.

This feature is not working in SAS Digital Marketing Studio. When this option is selected, e-mail addresses for the reply messages are not added to the opt-out table.

There is no workaround for the problem.
