In SAS® Promotion Optimization, the sales forecast export might not accurately reflect an absolute forecast override that is applied in the Promotion Details view. This issue occurs when the product that has the absolute forecast override is not active in all locations. The software incorrectly considers inactive product locations when you aggregate the forecast override at the product level down to the locations for that product.
There is no workaround for this issue.
