Problem Note 52059: CONNECTION=GLOBAL is not honored when you use SAS/ACCESS® Interface to Oracle and DBMSTEMP=NO

When using DBIDIRECTEXEC options and DBMSTEMP=NO is set with SAS/ACCESS Interface to Oracle, CONNECTION=GLOBAL is not honored.
The problem does not occur with SAS® 9.4 TS1M0 and later releases.
