Problem Note 52036: Changes to an export file type within an export definition are not honored in SAS® Customer Intelligence Studio

DetailsHotfixAboutRate It

In SAS Customer Intelligence Studio, changes to the export file type made within an export definition as part of a communication definition are not honored in a campaign.

For example, change an export format from a tab-separated file to a pipe-delimited file. Select again the export in a communication definition within a campaign. Execute the campaign. The resulting export incorrectly remains as a tab-separated file.

To work around this issue, create and use a new export definition with the required file type, rather than amending an existing export definition.
