Problem Note 52828: A 404 error occurs when you run the SAS® Deployment Backup and Recovery Tool (sas-status-backup) with the –backupid option
In the Deployment Backup and Recovery tool, the command sas–status–backup does not display the running backup–job object when the job is actually in progress.
When this problem occurs, the following error message appears. This message indicates that the backup ID does not exist.
sas-display-backup
statusCode : 404
errorMessage : No operation found for specified operation name and operation type.
remedyMessage : Please check the input values for operation details.
This issue addressed in the second maintenance release of the SAS® 9.4 (TS1M2).
The tool's output has the same format as the output from the SAS backup command. Use the sas–status–backup command to display status information for a particular deployment backup. The syntax for this command is shown below.
sas-status-backup web-connection-options -backupid backup-ID
Note: This syntax is effective with the first maintenance release for SAS® 9.4 (TS1M1).
For details about the Deployment Backup and Recovery tool, see "Display the Status of a Deployment Backup or Recovery (sas-status-backup)" in "Chapter 27: Batch Tools for Administrators" of the SAS®9.4 Intelligence Platform: System Administration Guide, Third Edition.
