Problem Note 52800: Store eligibility might be incorrect when eligibility is defined at both SKU level and a higher level
In SAS® Merchandise Allocation, store eligibility might be incorrect when eligibility is defined at both SKU level and a higher level. This issue occurs when the following are true:
- Multiple SKUs are parented together for a single size pack (SSP).
- Eligibility is setup at SKU level for one SKU and a higher level for another SKU.
The stores that are defined as ineligible at the higher level are marked as ineligible for the SKU that uses the attributes from the SKU level.
Example:
SKU A -- Attributes are defined at SKU level
- Store 1 – ineligible
- Store 2 -- ineligible
SKU B -- Attributes are defined at higher level, such as department
Note: SKU A and SKU B should belong to SAME parent in the example above.
When you open the worksheet, Stores 1, 2, 3 are ineligible for SKU A, which is incorrect. Only stores 1 and 2 should be ineligible for SKU A.
There is no workaround for this issue.
