Problem Note 52638: Behavior change for the PATHENCODING environment variable
When the PATHENCODING environment variable has a valid encoding value,
SAS®
transcodes the pathname from the session encoding to the specified encoding.
A hot fix is available to allow the pathname in the SAS program match the session encoding.
