Problem Note 52546: An "Open Cursor Error" occurs when you use the Unicode version of SAS/ACCESS® Interface to OLE DB with SQL Server

When using the Unicode version of SAS® 9.3 (M2) and SAS/ACCESS Interface to OLE DB to access a Microsoft SQL Server database, the library is successfully assigned.
However, when you try to open the library in the SAS Explorer, an Open Cursor Error occurs.
