Problem Note 52539: Comment alerts in SAS® Strategy Management do not work if the element name contains more than 83 characters
If comment alerts have been configured in SAS Strategy
Management, they might not work if the element name has more
than 83 characters.
In addition, if the element name is 84 characters or more, the following SQL exception might occur in the SASWIPServices9.3.log:
ERROR: Cause: java.sql.SQLException:
arithmetic exception, numeric overflow, or string truncation - string right truncation;
nested exception is com.ibatis.common.jdbc.exception.NestedSQLException: - The error occurred
while applying a parameter map. - Check the Alerts.addAlert-InlineParameterMap. - Check the
statement (update failed).
