Problem Note 52512: A SAS® Financial Management web data-entry form is locked
A SAS Financial Management web data-entry form might become locked if you open the form and then close out of Internet Explorer. This problem also can occur if you log off the SAS® portal without properly closing the form by clicking the Close button [X] on the form.
In this case, if another user tries to open the form, an error message similar to the following is displayed:
This form is locked by sasdemo as of Mar 6, 2014 02:16:43 PM GMT-0500.
Do you want to open the form read-only?
To resolve this issue, the user who has the form locked has to reopen and close it by clicking the Close button [X] on the form.
