Problem Note 52179: When you save a change reason in SAS® Enterprise GRC, an "error interacting with the database" message might be displayed

In SAS Enterprise GRC, when you save an assessment or related items in an assessment, you enter a change reason. If your change reason exceeds the maximum length for a change reason, the following error message is displayed:
There was an error interacting with the database
An error has been logged, but you may wish to e-mail the error information
below to your systems administrator.
