Problem Note 52080: Dropped variables reappear after changes are made using Interactive Binning or Interactive Grouping
The Drop node in SAS® Enterprise Miner™ enables you to drop variables from your flow. However, if you subsequently use the Interactive Binning node or the Interactive Grouping node, then the dropped variables might incorrectly reappear in your flow. The problem occurs if you make changes to groups interactively using either the Interactive Grouping property or the Interactive Binning property.
There are no errors or warnings to indicate that the dropped variables are used by subsequent nodes.
Click the Hot Fix tab in this note to access the hot fix for this issue.
To work around the problem without applying the hot fix, go to the Drop node and change the Drop from Tables property to Yes (the default is No).
