Problem Note 52002: Applying a sub-capacity license file results in "ERROR: Unable to obtain current CPU count"
When you apply a sub-capacity license file in a UNIX environment, the following error
might occur:
ERROR: Unable to obtain current CPU count.

This problem is fixed in SAS® 9.4 TS1M1.
