Problem Note 51965: The error "NullValueEvaluationException" occurs when a treatment campaign returns a standard reply in a decision campaign

When you use arbitration of treatment campaign sets in SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager, some treatment campaigns might return the standard reply. If this standard reply contains no treatments, then your decision campaign might return the following error:
com.sas.analytics.ph.common.exp.exception.NullValueEvaluationException: Expression "Treatments1" is NULL (missing)
To work around this problem, assign a treatment in the standard reply.
