Problem Note 51962: Icons are missing for some rows in a tile of a SAS® Strategy Management portlet

When you create a SAS Strategy Management portlet in the SAS® Information Delivery Portal that includes certain tiles, icons might be missing for some rows. The tiles in question are an aggregate view tile, an association view tile, and a table view tile. The following display shows the problem as it occurs with an association view tile.


Missing icons


To remedy this problem, click the refresh-data icon (Refresh data).

Note: To make the Refresh data icon available, you must select Display the toolbar in the tile control panel in the Additional Display Items field of the Aggregate View properties dialog box, as shown below.

After you refresh the data, all icons should be displayed.


Missing icons fixed


The problem described in this note can occur in SAS Strategy Management 5.3, 5.4, and 5.4_M1. The workaround described above works for all of those releases.

A fix for this problem is available for SAS Strategy Management 5.4_M1. To obtain the fix for that release, contact SAS Technical Support.
