Problem Note 51957: SAS® Real-Time Decision Manager does not provide tuning information for pooled resources without a hot fix

SAS Real-Time Decision Manager provides high-activity, high-performance responses to customer marketing inputs. However, the capability to measure resource usage for pooled resources is not available. This problem occurs with SAS® Decision Services 5.5 M1 and 5.6. These releases are contained in SAS Real-Time Decision Manager 5.41 M1 and 6.1, respectively.

This hot fix includes the PoolDiagnostics.jsp tool, which enables you to adjust the pool configuration for the best performance. Information about how to use PoolDiagnostics.jsp is included in SAS Note 51997 "Using the PoolDiagnostics.jsp tool to tune pooled resources for SAS Real-Time Decision Manager."
This tool is available without applying a hot fix in subsequent releases of SAS Decision Services and SAS Real-Time Decision Manager.
