Problem Note 51787: Evaluation of a master promotion might fail with the error "Could not determine the scope of the plan_sk=xxxxx"

In SAS® Promotion Optimization, evaluation of a master promotion that has an associated alternate promotion might fail. Errors similar to the following are generated in the MerchIntelGridSvr.log:
ERROR: Could not determine the scope of the plan_sk=xxxxx.
This is an RPP_PLAN related data issue. Please correct and rerun.
The evaluation fails because the master promotion is incorrectly removed from memory.
