In SAS® Promotion Optimization, a successful optimization or evaluation might incorrectly have an error status in the user interface. When this issue occurs, there are no hyperlink details available about the error because the optimization/evaluation was actually successful. This issue occurs because of an incorrect query for the PROCESS_STATUS table.
There is no workaround for this issue.
