Problem Note 51717: In SAS® Web Report Studio, filter operators are not translated properly in Japanese

In SAS Web Report Studio, filter operators for date data items are not translated properly in Japanese. The same text for different operators is displayed in the Filter and Rank and Create Custom Filter dialog boxes.
- The filter Is after or equal to is shown as Is after.
- The filter Is before or equal to is shown as Is before.
The following display shows how text appears in the Filter and Rank dialog box.
