Problem Note 51682: Tables routed to ODS PDF might be drawn without their headers

Tables on a second or subsequent page of output that are routed to ODS PDF might be drawn without their headers. This problem occurs when the tables are generated in the following ways:
- PROC FREQ crosstab tables (for example, TABLES Var1*Var2*Var3)
- DATA _NULL_ using the FILE PRINT _ODS_ statement
Changing font sizes to result in smaller tables or adjusting the margins might alleviate the problem.
