In SAS Web Report Studio, you can define measure filters on a crosstabulation table. For example, the following filter shows only those rows where Sum of Actual is greater than 0 in the year 1993.

You can also define relative time filters. In the following display, a relative time filter has been defined to display values for the last year:

In some cases, you might apply a measure filter and a relative time filter to the same table. If the measure filter references a member of the TIME dimension (such as 1993), and you edit the relative time filter, then you might see an error that is similar to the following:

The only workaround is to open the report in Edit mode and remove the measure filter that is in conflict with the relative time filter.
